This is a fixed-term position for two years.
As Stream Lead Plan‑to‑Fulfill (all genders), you are responsible for the functional and organizational leadership of the Plan‑to‑Fulfill stream within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
You ensure that all relevant end‑to‑end processes are successfully designed and transitioned into the new SAP landscape in line with global standards, governance and best practices.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Plan‑to‑Fulfill stream within the S/4HANA program and ensure successful delivery of all assigned processes
Define and manage the end‑to‑end process landscape covering manufacturing, release and delivery as well as maintenance and servicing for bulk, assembly and packaging processes
Ensure the quality and completeness of master data, including production orders, material masters, work centers, bills of material, routings and master recipes
Guide and coordinate internal and external team members to enable efficient collaboration
Support the Global Process Owner in assessing gaps, deviations and change requests
Prepare decision papers for deviations or escalations and support project and program management
Ensure transparent governance and reporting on progress, risks and issues within the stream
Enforce compliance with defined standards, methodologies and best practices
Your Profile
Proven experience leading teams or workstreams in project environments, preferably in the SAP environment
Strong functional expertise in Plan‑to‑Fulfill / manufacturing‑related processes
Solid end‑to‑end process understanding
Experience in project planning, risk, change and issue management, ideally in an international setup
Confident leadership and moderation skills combined with clear decision‑making and prioritization
Strong communication skills across all levels, from project teams to steering committees
Structured, goal‑oriented and forward‑thinking working style
Ability to manage conflicts and handle escalations with confidence
Very good German and English language skills
